MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING

The municipal infrastructure is a sector in which Équation Groupe Conseil makes the difference. Indeed, we have monitored the construction of numerous municipal services including roads, water supply systems, separate sewer systems and storm sewers, railroads, as well as street lighting systems. We are qualified to take in charge the development of new residential, commercial or industrial districts. We are also qualified to execute the rehabilitation and the extension of any existing infrastructures.

On account of our cutting-edge equipment and our thorough business plan, we focus on a customized service and therefore, we can ensure to fully monitor the work. Because at the municipal level the work is often scheduled over a long period of time, our priority is to ensure our mandates are executed with the least impact on the citizens’ quality of life.

Moreover, we don’t compromise neither on the quality of work nor on the reliable schedule performance or the safety of workers and citizens.




A few of our realizations :

Feasibility studies, design, preparation and drawings of plans and specifications for construction of infrastructures projects such as :
  • Community municipal services Condominiums Carrefour Renaissance and the Boisé Champêtre de Laval in Laval;

  • Municipal services for the Streets Parny, Maude, de Renaix, Sicard, François-Baillargé, Toussaint, Bélanger, Rinfret, des Géraniums and Olier-Payette in Laval;

  • Municipal services and retention pond in the Boisé area in Boucherville, phases l and ll.

Rehabilitation of existing infrastructures (City of Laval) such as :
  • Archambault Boulevard (rehabilitation of the wastewater system and waterworks);

  • De Grenade Avenue (rehabilitation of the separate sewer system and waterworks);

  • Defensive separate sewer system in Ste-Rose;

  • Extension of the wastewater system on Levesque Est Boulevard in Laval.
Rehabilitation of wastewater systems and waterworks, construction of railroads, rebuilding of the Port route, extension of the container warehouse area for the Montreal Port Authority.

Development survey and/or technical civil engineering work for various commercial and public projects :
  • La Rose Blanche, home for the aged ;

  • Metro food market (Ste-Thérèse, Boisbriand, St-Eustache, Ste-Marthe-sur-le Lac, Laval, Montréal, Lévis, Québec, Drummondville...) ;

  • Super C food markets (Pie lX/Jarry in Montréal, Hull, Rimouski, Québec, Laval, St-Jovite...) ;

  • Tim Hortons restaurants (Laval-autoroute 440, Rigaud, Québec, Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré...) ;

  • Services provided for the extension of the Letendre High School in Laval.
